Rules & Safety
Hey, hold on. Do you really want to leave without checking out all the details of our haunt? We can’t guarantee anything about that axe murderer who’s been prowling around town, but we can promise a night of good scares and great fun if you follow a few simple rules.
Terror Manor will make all possible reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for its patrons.
1. NO SMOKING OR OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND, NO EXCEPTION!
Smoking and open flames have been expressly forbidden anywhere on the grounds of Terror Manor. Dried vegetation and flames don’t mix.
2. FIREARMS, WEAPONS OR DISORDERLY CONDUCT IS NOT ALLOWED
No firearms or weapons are allowed. Drinking, obnoxious behavior, running and any other unseemly conduct is not tolerated at Terror Manor. You will be asked to leave or removed by our security staff.
3. PLEASE DON’T TOUCH THE ACTORS.
We have a strict no touching policy. Please be advised that if you touch any props, special effects, actors or staff while inside Terror Manor you will be ejected immediately, this is for your safety and ours. The Actors and props may touch you, you get you mildly wet, we have nothing there intended to physically harm you as long as you follow these rules.
4. HOLD ON TO YOUR BELONGINGS
You hereby agree that neither Terror Manor, nor any of its employees and/or associates, are not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premises of Terror Manor. In addition, We will make all possible reasonable efforts to retrieve any items lost in the haunt. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
5. NO FLASHLIGHTS, LASER LIGHTS, CAMERAS OR ILLUMINATION DEVICES ALLOWED
Flashlights, laser lights, cameras and cell phones are strictly forbidden inside Terror Manor attractions. If you use a flashlight or cell phone inside the haunted house, you will be asked to leave without getting to see the full attraction. This includes taking pictures in the haunted house.
6. USE GOOD JUDGEMENT
You should not enter if you are pregnant, suffer from asthma, heart conditions, seizures or any other form of mental disease. Do not enter the attraction if you have physical ailments that could be aggravated by exposure to the aforementioned conditions. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are observed by our staff.
7. AGE RESTRICTIONS
While we do not have an age restriction, the event’s at Terror Manor may be too intense for young children and is not recommended for children under the age of 13.

What To Expect
The Environment
You will experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically demanding environment. Durring the cooler months please dress accordingly.

VIP EXPERIENCE
If you purchase an 18+ VIP experience ticket (only available at the ticket booth), there here’s what you need to know…
• You clothes may and probably will be destroyed (paint, food, dyes, etc)
• You will be harassed, touched, etc by the actors
• You have the ability to quit the VIP experience at anytime and will be escorted to the nearest exit (without refund)
*we will cover all of the rules with you at the haunt
Refunds & Cancelations
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
If you’re one of the few who can’t make it into the attraction, need to leave early or feel you have a reason to ask for a refund after visiting… We’re sorry but we do not give refunds and all sales are final.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event we need to cancel an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
